The details of each project will be defined in the project proposal or agreement shared with the client.

Project Engagement & Timelines

Project timelines begin once all required materials—such as content, credentials, and brand assets—are provided by the client. Delays in delivering required materials may extend the project timeline. Attractive UI is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms or incomplete information provided by the client.

Payments & Billing

Payments must be made according to the agreed proposal or invoice. Work will begin once the initial deposit or full payment (as required) is received. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Subscription-based or retained services require timely payments to maintain continued access.

Revisions & Modifications

Each project includes a predetermined number of revisions. Any changes outside the agreed scope, or requests beyond the included revision rounds, may incur additional fees. New requirements not discussed in the original agreement may be treated as separate tasks.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, necessary login credentials, and any materials needed to complete the project. Clients must ensure that provided content does not infringe copyright laws. Attractive UI is not liable for issues resulting from unauthorized website changes made by the client or third parties.

Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve third-party tools, hosting providers, plugins, or APIs. The client is responsible for purchasing and renewing any required third-party licenses unless agreed otherwise. Attractive UI is not responsible for problems caused by external providers, policy updates, discontinued tools, or service outages.

Website Security & Maintenance

Security and maintenance services are not included unless the client purchases a maintenance plan. If the client chooses not to include maintenance, Attractive UI is not responsible for:

• Website downtime
• Plugin or theme conflicts
• Malware or hacking attempts
• Performance issues from outdated software
• Loss of data without backups

Intellectual Property

After full payment, the final delivered design files and website content become the client’s property. Attractive UI retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials. Any custom frameworks, tools, or internal code structures created by Attractive UI remain the company’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Attractive UI is not liable for financial losses, business interruptions, data loss, or issues caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or security breaches resulting from weak client passwords or poor security practices. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the associated service.

Termination of Services

We may terminate services if payments are not made on time, if a client violates these terms, or if communication becomes unprofessional. Upon termination, all completed work up to that point will be billed accordingly.

Changes to These Terms

Attractive UI may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
